SPHINX has organized several meetings and symposia over the past years.
EFWG meeting
On November 14, 2017 SPHINX organized a meeting of the European Fabry Working Group. This symposium was organized to discuss new developments and findings from the GGG study (optimal use of medicines program).
The Hamlet study, Fabry or not Fabry?
On April 16, 2015, SPHINX organized the Hamlet symposium, a symposium in which the results of the Hamlet Study: Fabry or not Fabry where discussed.

On October 30 and 31, 2013, SPHINX organized a second course on cerebral manifestations in Fabry disease.
